Purposes and legal bases
Website operation and security rely on the controller’s legitimate interest. Enquiries are handled to respond and take requested pre-contractual steps. Administrative, tax and legal duties are fulfilled under legal obligations. Google Analytics relies exclusively on consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
Required data
Mandatory form fields are needed to reply; the telephone number is optional. Without the necessary data we cannot process the request.
Recipients and transfers
Hosting, email and maintenance suppliers may process data and are appointed processors where required. Authorised professionals may receive data when necessary for the enquiry. If Analytics is accepted, Google may process technical data. Transfers outside the EEA use GDPR safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Unfollowed enquiries are normally retained for no longer than 24 months; contractual, administrative and tax records for statutory periods, normally 10 years; security logs only as long as necessary. Analytics cookie durations are listed in the Cookie Policy.
Your rights
